Le Tremplin
To continue modernizing public services, the town and Mon Logement 27 have come up with the idea of building a new complex on rue du Général de Gaulle.
On the site of the current Tremplin, the landlord is building from the 2ndème semester of 2023, a building will be erected to house the CCAS, France Services and the social center on the first floor, and 13 subsidized housing units on the upper floors to meet the community's housing needs.
This project will make it possible to do away with one of the municipality's energy-guzzling facilities, provide residents with suitable reception conditions and continue to develop public services.
The new spaces will enable the food bank to be transformed into a social grocery store, and workshops open to families to be run in conjunction with the social center.
